Just what I was afraid of: now that camp is closed, if it hadn't been for the change in team ownership yesterday, there'd be little to report today.
Today's schedule: The Rams play the Patriots tonight at 6:30. I have no idea when RamView will be out. Noon tomorrow is my goal.
Injury list: almost no news from Rams Park yesterday means little change to the list:
Victor Adeyanju (knee); James Butler (knee); A.J. Feeley (elbow, thumb); Daniel Fells (hyperextended knee); Mardy Gilyard (sick); John Greco (pectoreal); Marquis Johnson (shoulder); Kevin Payne (lih, knee); George Selvie (leg); Phil Trautwein (knee); David Vobora (hamstring).
Particularly annoying not knowing Trautwein's status. Feeley expects to return for the Rams' next practice, which will be Saturday.
* Not that this is news, but Bryan Burwell can be a boob, as seen in this morning's article in which he offers light attendance at the Rams' final open practice as some kind of shocking sign of an indifferent fan base.
You do know the practice was at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday, right? You get to meander around there as part of your job. 99.999999999% of the rest of us don't.
Otherwise, Burwell's article is fine. Now that Stan Kroenke is an NFL owner (with power), I don't trust him any farther than I can throw him, either. Until there are definitive, legally-irrevocable steps taken towards a new stadium, hell yes, this team could be on the move again in the next decade.
