SI's Peter King is reporting that Jeff Fisher will interview for the Rams' head coaching job later this week.
No one locally can report this stuff first hand; I guess St. Louis' idea of professional reporting is reading other people's tweets. Reminder: I am not remotely a professional.
Besides his qualifications I mentioned in my post lambasting him last week, Fisher's also reportedly good friends with John Shaw, who's believed to be advising Stan Kroenke.
Might as well start preparing for the Fisher era in St. Louis. Yay, we'll be the losers running fake punts in preseason!
Update: then again, Adam Schefter reported on ESPN that Fisher also will interview with the Miami Dolphins this week.
