Multiple sources including ESPN and NFL.com report now that Jeff Fisher has agreed to become head coach of the St. Louis Rams.
Proving correct again the old saying, "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em." : )
Apparently the key point of contention was that Miami very much wanted to keep their GM in charge of the roster. As long as Fisher's not in control of the draft and free agency, and doesn't cut half our draft before they're even here a year like Steve Spagnuolo did this past year, I'm fine with that. Should be understood between GM and HC that they work together to build and shape the roster.
