Rams report, 12/21

* Injuries.
- Sam Bradford (ankle) did not practice Tuesday. He is out of the walking boot but had not yet really tested his ankle. He has not given up on playing again this season since the Rams are too stupid to put him on injured reserve.
- A.J. Feeley (thumb) is almost certainly out for Saturday's game in Pittsburgh. He is still unable to squeeze the ball.
- Chris Long (ankle) and Brandon Lloyd (sick) did not participate. No reason to suspect they will not play Saturday.
- Josh Gordy (oblique) was limited to walkthroughs. Justin King (shoulder) did not practice. Their status for Saturday could be more in doubt.
- No news on Mark LeVoir or Quinn Porter.
- An overdue update, and good news, on Ron Bartell, whose season ended very early this year due to broken bones in his neck. He's now out of the neck brace, he didn't require surgery, and he should be good to go for next year.

* Transactions.
Josh Hull (high ankle sprain) was placed on injured reserve. I lost count. He's either the 16th or 17th player now on the Rams' I.R.
The Rams filled the roster spot by signing TE Mike McNeill off of the Colts' practice squad. McNeill is an area native who went to Kirkwood High School and then to Nebraska. The Rams were believed to have been interested in him in this past April's draft.
With the Rams completely lacking a fullback, RamView is a little perturbed the Rams didn't just promote from within...

*Ex-Rams news.
- Even though he played well after the Patriots lost Andre Carter for the season, Eric Moore has been cut. Pats seem to be going to more of a full-time 3-4 look instead of mixing fronts.
- The Redskins waived Dominique Byrd and then added Schuylar Oordt to their practice squad.
- Eric Young added back to the Chargers' PS. I should go back and count; Young must have been cut double-digit times this season, all by San Diego.
