Rams report, 12/1

Injury report
Did not practice Wednesday:
Justin Bannan (shoulder)
Josh Hull (hamstring)
Mark LeVoir (pectoral)
Darian Stewart (concussion)
Stewart has yet to be cleared to return to practice. Donnie Jones was excused for personal business.

Limited:
Sam Bradford (ankle)
Chris Chamberlain (hamstring)
Dominique Curry (shoulder)
Justin King (ankle)
Chris Long (ankle)
Brit Miller (hamstring)

Bradford took about half the snaps Wednesday.

It shouldn't be news that someone is a full participant, but Danario Alexander was not listed on yesterday's injury report, and there is rampant optimism that he will play in San Francisco Sunday. So who knows, the Rams may only lose 27-13 instead of 27-6.

Alumni report
Travon Bellamy signed to Redskins practice squad.
The Colts stole Jermale Hines from a practice squad for the second time this year, this time Carolina's.
Chauncey Washington signed to Cowboys practice squad.

Coaching carousel
Mike Martz, whose contract with the Bears expires at the end of this season, has expressed interest in the head coaching job at Arizona State. God knows he used to draft enough players from there. Jim Mora Jr. has expressed interest there and in the UCLA job.

I have a feeling Bernie Miklasz is going to start up a Martz bandwagon sometime soon, judging from positive comments made in a recent column about Mike's time here. It'd be this year's version of the Michael Vick for QB campaign. Bernie's bored and wants to stir up some controversy. That does not mean Martz is not on my list, however.

I fear for the moment Rob Ryan will be a popular candidate around here, though it will be based on his biker hairdo and his ability to be a good quote more than previous record, coaching experience or philosophy. Rob Ryan is not high on my current list, but I'll give him due diligence.

Is Coach Eric Taylor available?
