Bradford to start

I don't know how good an idea this is, but Jim Thomas is reporting that Sam Bradford will start for the Rams tonight. I guess I have to wonder how much butt-covering Steve Spagnuolo is trying to do here. He's seen two head coaches with better career records than him and better records than him this year get fired today after getting blown out yesterday. And you have to note that the Chiefs weren't really concerned about cutting Todd Haley any slack for injuries (Jamaal Charles, Eric Berry, Matt Cassell, Tony Moeaki, etc.) or the lockout, which are exhibits 1a and 1b of the case for taking it easy on Spagnuolo. In fact, Haley was criticized for how he significantly changed Chiefs' practices after the lockout to focus much more on conditioning.

Could this be Spagnuolo's last game as Rams head coach?
Will Bradford survive the night?

Important things to watch.
