Rams open practice this afternoon at 4:30, tomorrow at 1:15. Preseason game #2 against the Titans kicks off at 7:00 Saturday night. It appears at the moment that the game will air live locally, but that's tentative.

Sitting out: Donnie Avery (knee), Mikail Baker (hamstring), Jacob Bell (knee), Jermelle Cudjo (back), Rodger Saffold (back), Mike Sims-Walker (groin), Eddie Wide (shoulder)
Unknown status: Jerious Norwood, Fendi Onobun
Assumed returns: Jermale Hines, George Selvie
Jackson sat out yesterday as a precaution. He's expected to get at most a few touches Saturday.

OK, a couple of transactions to report Wednesday afternoon:
- The Rams reached an injury settlement with CB Chris Smith, who had been waived on the 10th.
- RB Eddie Wide has been released.
- RB Chase Reynolds, who had been with the Seahawks and played in their first preseason game, has been signed.
