Rams announce coaching staff

The Rams have announced the full makeup of Jeff Fisher's coaching staff for 2012. As you no doubt already knew, there is no defensive coordinator. Also, if you're not sure who a specific coach is, "somebody's kid" is always a good guess. At least five members of the Rams' coaching staff can list their NFL coach father as a reference on their resume. I'm guessing that assistant secondary coach got an especially rigorous job interview.

Andy Sugarman and Rock Gullickson appear to be the holdovers from Steve Spagnuolo's staff.

Most of the position coach bios I wrote can be linked to on ramview.com. Looks like I still have three to do, so they'll be popping up here on the blog in coming days.

I know I'm having a field day with the nepotistic nature of the NFL coach-hiring process, but Fisher has assembled a strong, experienced group of position coaches, as qualified a staff as the Rams have had since 1999. Put these coaches' resumes up against Spagnuolo's original staff - the contrast is laughable.
