Also, in a curious move, the Rams have signed veteran offensive lineman Tony (Ruh-roh) Wragge, who was cut by the 49ers. They've got to cut somebody to add him, and Steve Spagnuolo's cap on o-lineman is a hard eight, and Wragge plays guard/center. Whether or not this is just an effort at a 49ers brain dump, I wonder if Drew Miller didn't just get a ticket back to the practice squad, or worse.
