Connecticut LB Scott Lutrus has been added to the Rams' practice squad. He was cut by Jacksonville. There's one spot left on the practice squad; the Rams are reportedly looking for another guard, meaning they're far less interested in keeping Fendi Onobun around than I'd ever have guessed. In that case, nice draft pick, fellas.
Hank Fraley has been released; his roster spot is going to Tony Wragge.
