Transactions: Demarco Cosby got the eighth and final spot on the Rams' practice squad.
After that, the team decided to crush the hopes of the Ben Guidugli Fan Club, cutting the undrafted rookie free agent and replacing him with the completely non-descript Steven Spach. I guess Spach is ostensibly better suited to play from the tight end position (he's strictly a blocking TE, so now the Rams have 2-3 of those), but c'mon, Rams, throw us Guiduglians a bone! You could have at least had him on the practice squad. He did far more this preseason than Cosby did. Sigh.
Injury report: The only Rams reported sitting out Monday were Michael Hoomanawanui (calf) and Eugene Sims (oblique).
Gambling line: The Eagles are 4.5-point favorites Sunday. Over/under line is 44.
