Rams December schedule

(4/11/07)
12/2 vs. Atlanta - the last game with the Falcons didn't go so well, but I actually feel good about Jim Haslett's chances against Michael Vick. Certainly much better than Larry Marmie's.

12/9 at Cincinnati - another potential pinball-scoreboard game. Cincy could score 60 if the Rams haven't found a pass rush by now. Thing is, the Rams could still match them.

12/16 vs. Green Bay - The Dome Factor haunts Favre again? Or Aaron Rogers?

12/20 vs. Pittsburgh - Thanks for the freaking Thursday home game, NFL. Criminy. I would have a hard time coming up with a worse schedule for the Rams if I tried. On the other hand, I wonder if the Rams asked for the Packers and Steelers late in the season. Those are the opponents most likely to bring a lot of out-of-town fans and make a sellout easier. On the other other hand, (meaning I have three?) did NFL Network grab a Rams game because their channel is not on cable around here? Let the conspiracy talk begin.

12/30 @ Big Dead - I hate this one because the Big Dead always seem to be more dangerous late in the season. It'll be a good game to come into rested, and it's easy to envision it as a game with playoff consequences.
