I guess the mild upset is that they've cut Helmick and Radway at wide receiver and kept Emory Blake, who I never saw as ahead of either one of them. And I think he's had more drops in games than catches. On the other hand, he has a lot of solid possession-receiver qualities.

RamView was a decidedly-underwhelming 7-for-13 projecting the first round of cuts.
