The St. Louis CVC announced this morning its official rejection of the Rams' proposal for improvements to the Edward Jones Dome, submitted last month.
Settlement of the lease goes into arbitration if the Rams and the city have not reached an agreement by June 15th. The CVC claims it's willing to open discussions with the Rams in the next two weeks.
No surprise here yet.
