No, the Rams have not had a shocking change of heart regarding the QB position. Bulger signed a 1-year, $3.8 million contract with the Baltimore Ravens today, per Adam Schefter at ESPN, so, ironically, Rams fans should get to see plenty of him in the final preseason game. The Ravens play the Rams in St. Louis September 2nd.
In fact, it's very possible a lot of that game will be Bulger vs. Sam Bradford. The Ravens will want to protect Joe Flacco that week, and of course, the Rams will want to protect their franchise QB, A.J. Feely.
I hope that last crack works out to be humorous by the time Bulger's back in town.
